The New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner Association endorses the following activities:
- Building and strengthening our membership
- Acting as a vehicle for networking among NPs at national, state and local levels
- Facilitating and promoting appropriate changes in legislation that will affect all nurse practitioners in the state
- Acting as a resource center for standards of practice, legislative activities, educational programs, research, third-party reimbursement and prescriptive practice
- Promoting and marketing the unique role of the NP
- Participating in all areas of health care policy that impact nursing practice and consumer satisfaction
- Strengthening communication to other healthcare professionals through joint educational programs
